Process

Design. CBC is a construction management company. However, it makes sense for you or your architect to engage CBC early in the design process. CBC is an expert at a multitude of sustainable building technologies including geothermal, SIP panels, advanced insulating technologies, energy load calculations, solar system integration and emerging technologies. We also have years of experience in value engineering. CBC’s desire during design is to serve the process with information and years of experience.

Building. CBC is entirely responsible for managing the construction process. Duties include building permits and DRB and Building Department relationships, subcontractor management, accounting and budgeting, materials and labor management, code compliance and product warranty.
